Public sector for the NHS

With a touch of the Gerry Robinsons about us we have entered the corridors of the NHS with the change to the commissioning structure beginning in April 2013. We will be drawing on classic Mobius work in coaching teams from complex organisations in structures and process with the aim of developing better, more sustainable service provision and outcomes for the ‘customer’ – that’s everyone who uses the NHS!

Our experience in this area is based around our fundamental offerings in project management, procurement, training and coaching. Our point of difference is that our team are all experienced practitioners who have excelled both as consultants and in roles for organisations. Our people have actually delivered and use their experience to foresee problems in complex projects and still produce successful outcomes.

Project management skills and retail knowledge

We were awarded this project largely based on our skills and expertise in these areas. Between us we have worked in retail, trading and procurement for retailers and carried out projects across most operational areas.

Our project management skills have been deployed successfully across a wide range of projects from implementing new structures in businesses, integrating acquisitions, implementing new operational processes and setting up sales structures for new markets. These have been across a variety of sectors including financial services, hotel and leisure, retailing, restaurants and pharmaceuticals.

We have a standard approach to project management, which is still flexible thanks to our experienced project managers who work well and deliver across such diverse projects and business sectors.
