We have been working with European cleaning products business Jeyes on the manufacturing outsourcing of over 250 home care products from two of their factories as part of a manufacturing rationalisation programme. We successfully scoured Europe for viable alternative manufacturers taking into account technical capabilities, synergies, competition issues, potential for future innovation, cost of manufacture and logistics costs. As ever, the timescales for this work were compressed at short notice by the client but we still delivered on time!

An innovative software company asked us to combine our project management skills and retail knowledge to manage the implementation of their delivery and receiving module for a UK-based FTSE 100 retailer.
As those of you with retail backgrounds have probably worked out, this translated into managing the ‘organisation treacle’. This entailed collaborating to co-create budgets, appropriate project facilitation, and training to minimise the impact of the change and maximise benefits.
The success of this software implementation has led to the retailer now looking to buy further innovative solutions from the software provider with the comfort that the great benefits can actually be delivered. A big win for everyone.
